Visitors from other societies are made welcome, with or without locos, every Sunday from April to late October. If you would like to run your engine, please contact the Secretary in advance. You will be required to produce a current boiler certificate, proof of insurance and a valid club membership card for inspection.

Water and 12 volt DC facilities are available.  In the case of rolling stock for passengers to sit on, we would ask that it meets the present Health & Safety Requirements for Miniature Railways and that the insurance covers the carrying of passengers.

Please Note

That from 1st January 2017 all 71/4” Locomotives will require to be fitted with SAFETY CHAINS and working VACUUM BRAKES if you are pulling passengers.  If the Loco is not fitted with the above you are still welcome to use the track with rolling stock or solo.

All Locomotives must be loaded via hydraulic platforms in the the steam bay and a maximum weight of 260Kg (580lbs)
